The Fundación Gonzalo Rodríguez President highlighted the importance of this agreement and the commitment by Canelones Government to road safety. “As an NGO, this is a very important day for us. Although we have been working together for quite a long time, this agreement formalizes the commitment to safe child mobility that involves the road most vulnerable users, the children.”

At the closure of the conference, the Mayor highlighted the Fundación´s work in society, “because they create a different kind of attitude, one that is different from the one we can achieve”, and about the government he said, “They push us, they insist on compliance, and I think that´s the right thing to do.
