Se subray\u00f3 la importancia de un trabajo articulado para avanzar en el dise\u00f1o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que garanticen una movilidad segura para los m\u00e1s vulnerables en las v\u00edas.<\/div>\n<div>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Pessano, Directora Ejecutiva de la Fundaci\u00f3n, destac\u00f3: <i>\u201cLa movilidad segura es un derecho fundamental de los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes que requiere un enfoque integral, involucrando a gobiernos, la academia, el sector privado, las organizaciones sociales y las familias para crear entornos seguros y accesibles para todos.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div>Desde una perspectiva de derechos, la seguridad vial infantil no es solo una cuesti\u00f3n de prevenci\u00f3n de siniestros, sino una obligaci\u00f3n de los Estados, en cumplimiento de la\u00a0Convenci\u00f3n Americana sobre Derechos Humanos\u00a0y la\u00a0Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o.
