The first activity took place at the Check Up event jointly implemented by Fundaci\u00f3n Gonzalo Rodr\u00edguez and the Automobile Club of Uruguay. In this activity technicians from the Fundaci\u00f3n verify and provide advice on the correct installation of Child Restraint Systems (CRS) free of charge, thus promoting the safe transport of children.<\/p>\n
Other activities took place in the morning of Thursday, 26 of May at the National Insurance Bank parking lot. In this area the Fundaci\u00f3n\u00b4s Training Department advised employees on the correct installation of Child Restraint Systems (child seats).<\/p>\n
As part of the last activity conducted by the Fundaci\u00f3n Gonzalo Rodr\u00edguez within the context of Yellow May, two presentations were organized together with the Uruguayan Book Chamber for the Children\u00b4s Book Fair; school and high school students were given information on road crash prevention at the event. Marcelo Albor\u00e9s, Fundaci\u00f3n Gonzalo Rodr\u00edguez\u00b4s technician, provided advice and recommendations regarding our different roles as road users, as pedestrians or occupants of different vehicles.<\/p>\n
The Fundaci\u00f3n Gonzalo Rodr\u00edguez considers the Yellow May Movement an opportunity to reflect on and raise awareness about the need to improve road users\u00b4 behaviors, something that will reduce the number of dead and injured in road crashes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
