Presentation of the foundation plaque of the Gonzalo “Gonchi” Rodríguez Cultural Center With the presence of the Mayor of Montevideo, Christian Di Candia, the plaque was unveiled at the “Tajamar de Carrasco”, where various cultural activities are planned for recognized and emerging artists, an area for training in road safety and the construction of a museum that celebrates the life, career and memory of Gonzalo.
